Good food and relaxing surroundings were the best aspects of our Easter break. The hotel also had a nice pool and gym for staying active. The hotel location was convenient for exploring nearby towns and local wine routes.
The hotel facilities and staff need updating. The hotel lacks attention to detail, with unwashed vegetables at the breakfast buffet and untrained staff.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The dinner buffet was absolutely gourmet, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The breakfast spread was copious and included fresh juice and different types of eggs. I was impressed with the quality of the food, as most of it was fresh and sourced from the local region. The staff, who were mostly Hungarian, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The in-house pool was perfect for sport swimming and the hotel even provided a welcome aperitif on the front terrace. The rates at this hotel are great for a luxury spa, making it an affordable option for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The spa facilities were amazing, we really enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and steam room. the indoor sports pool was a unique touch that we appreciated. the location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful wineries and near Graz for some city exploration.
The lack of English translation was disappointing, making it difficult to understand signs and special offers. the dinner did not meet our expectations, with limited food options.

We loved the hotel's location, very close to the thermal center and surrounded by nearby villages. The staff was helpful and the hotel facilities were great, particularly the clean rooms and the tasty breakfast. The parking and transportation to this city were convenient too.
